Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on orders over 100,000 UGX. For international orders, we provide free shipping on purchases exceeding $150 USD. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below these thresholds.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section, or by entering your tracking number on our tracking page. For any tracking issues, please contact our customer service team.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we carefully review each return request. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
